“I was charged an additional fee, even though I had paid for the room in full in advance. The room was musty. Very musty. I awoke feeling unwell both days.”

“the property looked almost recently built. The staff/manager at front desk seemed rushed and annoyed about something. They need to remember when in front of customers to keep calm and discuss problems when alone. I emailed hotel 2 weeks in advance stating I was looking for longer check out time. They replied stating noon was the longest, I said great. When the day to check out came, they said they can't do that, so I rushed after a long night wedding to get out at regular check out time.”

“Cooks didnt come in one morning. So no hot breakfast before our tournament, and we counted on hotel breakfast in our plans. No hand soap in the rooms. Asked at front desk, and they didnt have any. We needed towels & washcloths and front desk said they would bring me some when she could. Never did.”

“The room was lacking a freezer in the refrigerator. No elevator! The room was fair the back stairs were dirty. The only entrance was in the front door.”

“I called the day before and was told we could have adjoining rooms. But the desk clerk said that was not possible as they were sold out. So much for assurances on the phone.”

“Amber and the staff helped so much with my grandmother. This is the most hospitable staff I have ever experienced . We’re from Atlanta and I almost switched our hotel and I’m so glad I didn’t. If I ever have to come back to Rockford this is where we are staying. Thanks again!!!”

“No ice. Smelled like pot. Bathroom tub in useable. Sheets with cigarette stains. Bathroom counter broken. Air conditioning not on u til arrived. Poor smell. Felt unsafe. This is apartment complex va hotel.”
