“Il personale alla recption, uomo con tatuaggi, ha atteggiamenti inacettabili verso i clienti; non dico essere servile ma ricevere i clienti come fa lui è veramente scandaloso. Non riceve i clienti, li prende a calci nel fondo schiena.”

“Hotel molto semplice e datato. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite ma non in buone condizioni. La colazione non è male, ma bisogna andare molto presto, altrimenti non si trova nulla. La cosa che non ho apprezzato è che siamo rimasti due notti e non è stata rifatta la camera. ”

“The price was right for what I needed a clean bed and a hot shower.Toilet paper holder was missing .Bathroom fan did not work and there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector.Young lady at the front desk Karen was the best.Very friendly assisted me on directions and always had a smile for me.”

“This was a nice facility with friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious and it also hepled having a fridge/microwave and stovetop. Makes for a convenient stay. Would stay here again.”

“I usually don’t write hotel reviews unless a place is either so bad it deserves a documentary… or so good it makes me question my actual home. 😂 This time around, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Blount Island absolutely delivered. From the second I walked in, the presentation and customer service were flawless. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, and nobody looked at me like I was inconveniencing them by existing. That alone deserves applause these days. 👏 Now let’s talk...

“Breakfast wasn't a variety like it used to be no waffle maker no grits only. A few choices ”

“There are no rooms that are accessible for handicapped people. The stairs have a handrail on only one side with no elevator and no ground floor rooms. When I asked about how I would be able to get my bags and myself upstairs to my room, the desk clerk commented rather snidely that I should look for a different hotel. Not the slightest sign of sympathy or offer of assistance. The hotel is over 100 years old and it shows its age… not in a good way.”

“This place was phenomenal. From the outside it looks a little scary, especially with the surrounding area but when you walk inside, it is really nice. They don’t offer complementary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant inside the building. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the building. I know there are some that are located outside the building. The one that we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very pleasant. The furnishings were a bit dated, but clean. A problem I had was that I wanted to charge my Tesla. The 2 EV chargers were Chargepoint. None of my adapters were compatible for charging. All the other features made this a wonderful place. I want to stay there again on my way back.”

“Breakfast hours were good from 6am-10am. Pool hours are very inconvenient should be from dawn until midnight for people who like a morning swim or a late night swim(especially when the desk is manned by staff). My rooms thermostat was broken. I noticed it after returning from a short trip to get food. I set it to 68F and it was at 98F when I returned 4 hours later. A male front desk staff asked to enter my room alone to try and fix the matter. Im very familiar with HVAC and I knew it could not...

“We did not get our room cleaned and when asked about it. Staff said that housekeeping clean every other day. I would have liked our room tidy up each day.”
