“We were really disappointed with our stay. The showerhead holder in our room was completely cracked through the center, and while I was showering, the showerhead fell out of the broken holder and hit me in the head. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a safety issue that could have easily been prevented if the damaged fixture had been repaired before the room was given to a guest. I reported what happened to the hotel, and I was told that I would receive a $35 credit/refund for the issue....

“I stay here every year for the MotoAmerica races— my 21st year. The hotel functions have been excellent throughout that time. Similarly, the restaurant and bar have been consistently outstanding.”

“The price was a little overpriced. For what we paid I expected a little more. I went to get some aspirin and they were completely out. The breakfast was probably some of the worst I've ever had. To charge over $300 for night in Danville,VA. These are the things you should do better on. The hotel it's self was nice and clean, but definitely not worth $300 a night.”
