But we arrived with the entire lobby wet and no wet wet floor signs. Then when we arrived in our room it was dirty and we needed to request a vacuum and they had us vacuum it ourselves. “Upon arrival, there was no staff present, nor did I see any staff the entire stay. A virtual agent appeared on a kiosk after about 15 of waiting. The room was filthy. “No hot water in sink or tub. Another customer complaint about not having hot water while I was getting breakfast and was given credit for the inconvenience . Upon checking out I complained about also not having hot water. I was told there was nothing they could because I had paid thru Expedia .”

The staff was kind but they did not let me check out late although they had a lot of room available. The room did not have proper lighting (just a few abatjour).
