“This place was terrible!!! Manager Kim b sold my room for an uncharge and canceled my reservation last minute on graduation weekend leaving my husband and four children stranded. Their customer service was unprofessional and inconsistent. I was lied to that I canceled the room when that never occurred. Do not stay in a place where they do not value your business. ”

“We really like the homewood suites brand and look forward to the expected amenities- this one was in a great location but could use a bit of refreshment. Not sure why the hallways have the exposed wiring at the ceiling wall. Breakfast was nice but not as extensive as other locations such as Dallas/ Fort Worth. We had a very long walk from our unit 329 to lobby/ breakfast area. Overall rating is good and I would stay again ”

“I stayed at this hotel simply for its affordability and location to the UNC-Chapel Hill hospital. It was a basic type hotel, no frills. It did have a decent continental breakfast, and good internet wi-fi. Its location to restaurants, Walmart, Barnes and Noble etc, was good because you could walk to those if you were up to it. It did have a small pool but I didn’t use it and from my window I don’t think anyone else did either.”
