“This is our 4th stay - The hotel rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, room service is quick and very tasty, the amenities and parking are really convenient. Having a laundry in the room was perfect for us as my son played soccer twice a day for a week on muddy soccer pitches.”

“Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered . On a plus point the bar staff were excellent”

“We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for one night. The room facilities were outdated, and many items were broken or in poor condition. The sofa was also dirty, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.”
