He left a jar of lollies for my son upon learning it was his b-day. But every other staff we I have interacted with was incredible, warm but professional, communicated well. “The first room we had a toilet that won't stop running, the main tv had had the aerial ripped out so wasn't working. The cutains in the loungeroom were ripped. The carpet in the fining room had a big bare patch.There was dirty crockery in the cupboard. We got moved to another room which had the basin in the ensuite all cracked and the tv in the bedroom wasn't working. One of the toilets was also running all the time. All in all the property maintenance seemed non existant and the reception staff...

“The room was comfortable but the lighting was too dim to read by. The hotel is surrounded by construction for the light rail. It's noisy and makes it hard to get around. The bar is pleasant and we had a good dinner with great service in the dining room.”

Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Rooms were incredibly clean, water bottle filling station on each floor so didn't have to go to the kitchen every time”

“Quiet , clean and friendly staff . Didn’t have housekeeping during my stay so would have appreciated a way to swap towels by putting them in a bag and getting a replacement set when needed . This is what they do in Japan . Also had to keep asking reception for my tea bags . Again a way to do this with a replenishment set each day would be helpful . Lots of construction in area due to light rail extension meant alot of roads and paths were shut which was annoying at times cos you had to keep...
