Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean. Sometimes parking was limited. Good location, walking distance to city centre.”

“Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered . On a plus point the bar staff were excellent”

“Not many food options around. Parking is an issue as I didn’t get one even after ore-booking.”
