“We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts in the Cancun area. We are a family with elementary aged kids that like activities. We were excited to visit Ava. We loved the room. It was kept very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food at every restaurant was good and the drinks were also very good. “We had a garden view and the ocean was still visible. The ocean was not very pretty this time of year (lots of seaweed in March) but the pools make up for it ! Poolside service was just okay but Dario at the Gondola restaurant made every breakfast special for my family of 12!! The housekeeping staff is friendly and so are the room service staff! We loved being able to schedule milk to be delivered to the room in the mornings for our baby. Overall we loved the resort and would definitely return!...
