“First time at Moon palace! We enjoyed our time here..the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was always so friendly and helpful. One thing I would like to have more was for the dining especially breakfast was to have more choice such a beef or turkey protein. As a family who doesn’t eat pork we would appreciate that. ”

“The wifi is not working in any part of the hotel. They inform you once you’re doing the check in. Breakfast is just a box to take with you. Water of the shower was cold. The AC noise of the room is extremely loud so you can’t sleep with the equipment on. The lights of the elevator are not working (you use is in the dark). One of the worst hotel I have ever been.”
