“We needed a house that could put our family under one roof while we said goodbye to our Matriarch. This house provided 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 well equipped bathrooms, as well as a large living area and kitchen and a table that could seat all 10 of us. There was an issue with the AC but we had a repairman there soon after we reported the issue. Our host was quick to respond and provide answers and help when needed. “I was there 4 years ago and the new full bath downstairs was great. Only suggestion is the mattresses need replaced. Loved the deer and rabbits in the back yard.”

“The home is located near Marshall University and near St. Mary’s. Downtown Huntington is a short drive. The home has been updated and has very comfortable furnishings and new appliances. Plenty of room for a family. We had a great time visiting friends and family in the area. The host was fantastic with communication. ”
