The view, wherever you look is beautiful in every direction, the breeze, the property itself that you don’t want to leave and the most sincere care of the staff makes this place unique. “I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. I have stayed in busy and noisy hotels all over and have never had to resort to the earplugs that were left in the nightstand. The Google Map link sent to me wouldn’t work which created...

“Smaller than the pictures look. But nice area to see lots of green space. Pool is a fair size and clean. Our Room was small but others might be bigger. Very nice staff. ”

“Room service and dining options are limited. Parking is expensive and to be paid separately. Room odor can improve. The air conditioner needs to reach 3 floors. There is 1 floor freezing and another warm.”

“Staff was great no usable beach. The lights from the pool next-door extremely distracting.The Air Conditioner broke the first night, but was immediately fixed the next day. Bathroom very outdated.”

“It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!”
