Hotel vicino a Cary Towne Center - Raleigh

“Property was beautiful! The room was really clean and well maintained. Even though staff is not on site the communication was top notch! They responded quickly and made sure we had everything that we needed. This was one of the easiest check in processes I’ve had at a hotel. The only thing I suggest is that you provide a Starbucks coffee machine near the vending and snacks (since I’m a coffee head lol!) I believe that would be a nice touch. I definitely be back to stay!”

“Our room (suite/studio with King bed) was super nice, larger than other ‘studios’ we’ve had. Very clean and it had a full stove, full sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Consequently the toilet and shower stall were in a small space by themselves, the single sink with mirror in a separate, open space. Also had a full sized couch with good, open space. Bed was very comfortable. A great place!!!”

“We have stayed on this property several times while our daughter was at NC State, which is very close. The hotel is always very clean and the room is spacious. Breakfast is great!”

“I had to change room three times. Stain on carpet, lock wouldn’t work on 1st floor. Manager said she would refund if I booked through them. I called Expedia and they said we will get her to refund. They gave me bogus points to stay another night with their properties. I haven’t seen points and I was very tired and frustrated packing up twice to keep moving. ”

“I chose this hotel SPECIFICALLY because it said it had a restaurant- after a long day travelling I certainly didn’t want to have to go out to eat. However the guy on the desk told me that the only food they could serve that evening was ‘fried food’. Yuk. But because if tiredness I decided to just go for it and boy was I disappointed! Chicken nuggets and fries - no wine was to be had because ‘we don’t want to open a bottle just to serve one glass’. Blimey what happened to ‘hospitality’? To cap...

“Our sheets were stained, they were clean just dark stains on white sheets. We had to get new towels everyday, we only stayed here for 3 days so not long term”

“The staff at this location was so friendly and amazing. We had a hiccup with our airbnb and were able to snag a room last minute for the duration of our stay in Raleigh. So glad I chose this location. Rooms were so clean. Ours looked like it had been updated. Pool looked nice too! Will definitely be returning.”
