“We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. “This is an absolutely gorgeous, wonderful historic inn in Richmond. We booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing anything about it, and we were blown away by how charming and beautiful it is. The interior courtyard was like a secret garden in the city. There's even a friendly hotel cat. We'll be back, and I've already recommended it to several friends.”

“The theming and downstairs is fun and cute. The staff is young and tries hard. The parking situation is pretty dire, with self parking being a block away and requiring regularly renewing/paying for more time, but valet is slow and not great if you’re in and out a lot. The food is sllloooowwww (Ramsey Kitchen Nightmares-level slow: 40 minutes at 9:30 pm when there was no one else ordering food for a flatbread pizza) because the kitchen is on a different floor, and the elevators are the slowest...

“Had an enjoyable stay, was glad there was fitness center I could use. The only issues I had was that you had to pay for the WiFi, and the deposit amount was $100 a night when I was told it was $50 when I called ahead. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and nice.”

“Everything was excellent. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Social hour on Wed with complimentary wine and appetizers was a pleasant addition to our stay. Very clean room and quiet parking is easily accessible but $25 a night. Would stay here again. It’s downtown”

“We had a wonderful stay. The man at the front desk was very friendly during check in and that gave us a pleasant start to our stay. We did not try the paid breakfast but would have loved complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. However we did appreciate the free waters each day. Our room was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleeps both nights. (Although the pillows seemed pretty flat - definitely need to double up) The bed being so comfortable...
