“Hello; I must say besides the cleanliness of the cottage, we were disappointed with our stay. The biggest linen did not fit the queen bed and we used the top sheet to cover the mattress. Also, the bunk beds did not have comfortable mattresses. We had difficulty with the door lock and had to spend time with the front desk to figure it out. Only to have them come out and also take time to get it figured out. I would not recommend this unless there are small children as we did not sleep comfortably...

“The property was clean and the owners were very thoughtful in the set up and amenities. Bed was super comfortable as well as the sheets were amazing. The location was perfect for us! Communication was easy and I would definitely stay again as well as recommend. Had everything you could need. The only negative was the front room was too hot and the screen door was broken but the owner had let me know before hand.”

“Ava was a great host, fast to respond to questions, flawless check in and well stockedamenities. The home is gorgeous! We loved sitting on the front porch having our coffee and cocktail hour. The location is the best ! Great restaurants, shops and beautiful waterfront parks all with in walking distance. We rented bikes from Tour de Vine for a day, spent the day riding on picturesque roads and visiting several beautiful wineries. This was by far one of our best girls trips ever! Thank you...

“Overall the property was very enjoyable. The beachfront aspect was definitely a plus both at sunrise and sunset. Amazing campfires on the beach and beautiful skies above. The property itself was in fairly good condition, a little bit of bubbling on the vinyl flooring but nothing noticeable to the eye. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for my party of 6! No sleeping complaints. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay.”

“This property is quite old, and there is mold in the bathroom. The main bedroom is not properly air conditioned and the rest of the unit is outdated and cramped. It is definitely not enough space for the amount of guests indicated in the listing. There was no hot water for a while so there was no way to take a proper shower, the host did not reply promptly with instructions to fix it. “This was a great family gateway that made us all remember and think of our caribbean beaches back in Venezuela. Kudos to Tom and all the staff for their amazing customer service and attention to details. They were all very friendly and helpful to make our stay better. The only draw back is that the units don't have A/c unit and it was very very hot during the night even with all fans turned on. Tom mentioned they were working on that, and hopefully it'll be addressed for next summer.”
