“Staff was especially nice and helpful!”

“The breakfast was fresh and severed promptly at 6am every morning but the weekend the thimg was missing were grit tue staff was excellent but they were short staffed so we.had to clean our own rooms ”

“Staff claimed they could not initiate my incident fee refund because I booked through Expedia. However, I paid directly at the hotel and only used Expedia to schedule my stay. I have never had staff at any hotel claim this before.”

“The staff was pleasant but the walls are thin. You can hear a lot of other guests in the hotel and being so close to the airport, sleeping at 4am was bit tough. I'd recommend earplugs. ”

“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“Air condition sounded like a lawn mower was on as it cycle through to turn off. It kept us awake and it was warm in the room. You have to pay for parking even if you’re staying for the night. We had to leave before 6 on a Saturday so they did not have a grab and go breakfast like they did M-F. So all of the above was disappointing. Staff was great and room was really nice. Really convenient to airport ”

“In the average disorganized ;expected to breakfast included in the price but was not- second I paid for breakfast now it take me a week to get refunded the deposit if 50 dollars they ask me to put down - not a good policy ; I’m unhappy ”

“As my flight was cancelled just after midnight due to weather, the airline would not provide accommodation. I had to scramble to secure a hotel on my own so booked the red roof inn via expedia. I correctly booked the date I would check in but when I got to the hotel after 1 a.m., was told I could not check in until after 5 a.m. because that was when the property does its audit for the night/day before. Since I had already pre-paid for the room via expedia, I said this was unacceptable. The...

“Front desk was friendly very kind helpful made my stay gd hotel room was very clean I have not one complaint.the guy that check me in was very helpful nice man ”

“Breakfast was your regular run of the usuals- waffle maker, fake eggs, potatoes and grits. Pastries, cereal, fruit- ok if you are not picky. Not bad for an overnight stay. Bed wasn’t as nice as I’d remembered to a Hampton Inn- a bit sunken in the middle so my back hurt in the morning. Clean though!”
