“I can’t begin to explain the beauty of the property. It is truly heaven to wake up, look out your window and see the mountains! I sat by the river and crocheted. Looking at the gorgeous scenery and hearing the peaceful river is beyond bliss. The place is absolutely gorgeous, spotless, unique, close to town, and has an awesome breakfast. It’s not a matter of if we come back, but when. I don’t know what else to say except you will NOT be disappointed if you book any room in this wonderful...

“Great location. The happy hour was nice with wine and cheese. However, we did not find the bed comfortable. We thought the breakfast was poor quality, like did that quiche come out of a box?
I thought $450 for JUST a room was way over priced even if it is Boulder.”

“I had a hard time checking in late. The number listed on Expedia didn’t work. The property manager/owner isn’t onsite in the evening. Another person staying helped me get checked in. It was difficult to tell where the entrance was. It wasn’t lit up. The room we had was so cute. The property owner was nice when we net him and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!”

“No address on the webpage where we booked the "cabin". It is called Bristlecone Lodge on it's website. difficult to find. We got there near 6 PM, did not know they shutdown checkin at 6 PM. No decaf coffee available in the room. Breakfast was waffles, that's it, no eggs, fruit, bacon, nothing, just waffles.”

“This stay was an unexpected eye opener to a time when antiques, and sumptuous sit down breakfasts with warm and kind people were a normal day-to-day experience. This beautiful historical home, centrally located within walking distance of the picture perfect town of Golden was an over-the-top addition to the plans we had made for my niece's 50th birthday. We highly recommend this unique B&B to anyone who wants a fresh perspective on what is truly important in life. This will not disappoint.”

The Mansion is a wonderful place to stay in if you spend some days in Denver. We enjoyed the city and we enjoyed sleeping there. The position is perfect for visiting Denver on foot. The structure is unique for its rooms, each one furnished with a very nice taste and very clean. We enjoyed very much the chats we had with Carl and Bailey, they are both super nice people and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our trip. What must be mentioned are the wonderful breakfasts that Carl prepares every...
