“Wonderful condo...clean, well stocked, modern, comfortable beds. Great location, very walkable to everything in Estes Park. We were greeted upon arrival by 3 elk in the front yard, one a large sized bull. The Riverwalk behind the condo makes a lovely stroll. There is a playground along this walk, minutes away if you have young ones. Overall great place to stay.”

“I can quickly give the location a 5 Star. We were able to walk and ride the free shuttle around town. We even walked to the Tram and hiked - a must do. RMNP was minutes from the condo. Don't miss out on the Peak to Peak drive which takes you past Lilly Lake (within the RMNP). The Condo its self was comfortable (love that lazy boy chair). The bed was so comfortable. Parking in front of condo was a challenge, but had a pass for the lot right across the street. The washer was out of order,...

“The condo is very pretty, clean and comfortable. It is large enough for the 5 adults and 1 child that we had on this trip. Everything guests need is provided. We love sitting on the balcony watching the river, the humming birds and people watching. We can walk almost everywhere or take the shuttle because of the great downtown location. We enjoy ordering breakfast from Kind Coffee downstairs and bringing it up. Hard to believe we could have found a better place. I think this was our third visit...

“Lovely unit in a great location in Estes Park. Close to everything. Very quiet at night when you want to sleep. Saw an elk from our window.”

“Loved everything about the house, the WiFi did not work, and the pool and hot tub were closed this was one of the reasons we rented this house but to find out it’s closed after we got there was a disappointment. I would have kept the house anyway but the communication about the pool should have been conveyed. ”

“Wonderful stay! Great location. Kitchen well equipped. Host was super responsive to all questions. We didn’t want to leave! :) Manitou Springs is a special place! Loved being so close to all the shops and restaurants and the arcade. :)”

“Very well-located and super clean - we were very happy with our stay, mostly. The upstairs bedroom window has a giant crack in it, so we were afraid to try and open it for safety reasons, but thankfully it wasn't a hot weekend, so it wasn't an issue. Some of the other window cranks are similarly damaged and unusable, or the windows were stuck. But the unit is cozy and well situated and obviously the views of the river and experiencing the sound of the river every day was such a treat. Weirdly,...

“This was the perfect location to visit Rocky Mountains! Two bedrooms, two baths, stocked kitchen and a hot tub with a view! We were thrilled. Took only 20-30 min to get into Bear Lake Corridor. Downtown Estes Park also has great shops, and a great playground for kids! Lots to do if time change messes with your family. I would stay here again! ”
