The entire facility was immaculate. Easy parking in the garage. I’ve already made plans to return so I can use the pool and get breakfast in the morning. “This place is amazing. Excellent location, with bus service close by. Modern clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing common area with drinks and snacks all day. Hot tub. The staff are nicest most accommodating people possible. I think think is the BEST place in Manitou Springs. If you are running the PP Ascent or Marathon, this place is very close to the starting line!”

“The room and hotel was clean. Breakfast was fresh and simple. Only downside was the power outage and the creamer on the second floor hall lobby was spoiled. The ice/water machine also was not working on 2nd floor.”
