“Everything perfect”

“We have stayed numerous times at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Marysville. Even though our grandson moved away from Marysville, we keep coming back to your hotel and drive a little further to see our grandson.”

“Ottima posizione! Camera spaziosa e pulita. Staff gentile e disponibile. Tetto panoramico per godersi il tramonto e bere un bicchiere di spumante offerto dall’hotel. A disposizione il garage a pagamento. Downtown si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. ”

“camera un po’ polverosa pur avendo chiesto le pulizie giornaliere. vista strepitosa dalle due finestre avendo camera ad angolo. colazione avrei preferito a buffet e non sapere all’arrivo che era da acquistare al bar/market dell’hotel (errore di expedia che non lo specifica in quanto all’arrivo nel chiedere ci hanno avvisati subito) soggiorno nell’ insieme che rifarei sicuramente. ”

“Loved this property. Love the decor. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to the space needle but just a little out of the way for most of the activities I wanted to go to. Staff was excellent.”

“Check in was fast which was a plus since the line to check in was long. room service was great especially after a full day of exploring and swimming. The pool was great, wish there was a hot tub. The Starbucks and restaurants down in the lobby were great. Loved the $20/ night food Credit, would have been nice to use it the day we checked out. Staff was polite and helpful. Location was unbeatable!”

“Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. “Broken Air conditioner . Yes we moved to another room which had working air but the inconvenience was the the most irritating thing because we were getting ready for bed and in pjs already . John helped but wasn’t apologetic or sympathetic borderline rude . After that the next morning went to the breakfast no eggs 3 dry little sqaures of potatoes food was cleared out 8:15 am . “Ho soggiornato al Residence Inn il giorno di arrivo a Seattle e quello di partenza. Nella prima recensione ho indicato solo le stelle, ma sicuramente merita due righe di recensione. Ottimo hotel, personale gentile, grande stanza pulita e dotata di tutto : con una cucina accessoriata, (perchè definirla angolo cottura sminuisce la dotazione), un tavolo x 4, un ampio divano e due letti comodi (stanza da 4 persone). “The room was very spacious and I enjoyed the separate living room area. Very quiet rooms. They also have a deal where you put the do not disturb sign on your door so made service doesn’t come and you get a $10 off at the restaurant. The restaurant has exceptionally great food. They have a nightly reception which includes two drinks and appetizers at no charge. I would definitely come again. Enjoyed my stay.”

Unica segnalazione negativa: problemi al check in con il POS e mi ritrovo 3 addebiti sulla carta del pagamento della camera. Dopo 10 giorni non si è ancora risolto. Alla reception hanno minimizzato.”
