“Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, it was so very clean! We couldn't tell they were pets there at all. And they didn't use lots of heavy scents to cover up pet smells, they obviously just cleaned very well. So so thankful!”

“The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again.”

“Room wasn’t very clean, no cleaning during my stay due to staff shortages. Wide gap under the door makes it hard to maintain the room temp you want as well as hearing everything going on in the hallway.”

“I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future.”

“It's a good location. If you need to get on US65, it's easy. There's a stoplight if you need to make a left turn. There is a supermarket, McDonalds, and a convivence store nearby. It's a two story property with no elevator. The washer / dryer is free, but make sure the washer kicks on before leaving. My room, the towel rack fell off since the screws were loose. I tightened them up, but they're still loose. Not sure if they need larger screws or not. The door latch had loose screws with...
