Hotel a Willard

“Room was advertised as non smoking however it smelled like an ashtray. I prepaid for the room for two days and was told if I chose not to stay a refund would be considered 10-15 business days. I was also told all of the non smoking rooms smelled the same. As soon as I left I had to wash all of my hanging clothes and clean everything that had been in the room. Such a negative experience. I will not be staying there again nor will I refer anyone to this property. Shame on you !!!”

“Stayed at this hotel multiple times and I don’t have usually have any issues. Their elevator was under maintenance this time but they can’t really help that. Super nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms and breakfast was good. Had multiple options”

“Great and convenient hotel located within walking distance of Bass Pro shop and wildlife museum and Aquarium. Staff was amazing and Room was nice and clean. Breakfast options were amazing. Would stay here again.”

“The rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We had a problem with the ac let the office know and they fixed it right away . Quiet and peaceful very pretty and safe area to stay.”

“Rooms were very good. Toilet was to low. No grab bars were installed in tub for safety.”

“Our room needed a new mattress. The king mattress had springs pop when we moved. Hips hurt a bit. Overall great place and great staff. 5 stars if they get new mattress. ”

“Parking easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean- plenty of nice towels and amenities. Breakfast had nice selection of items that would be expected-everything was fresh. Close to airport. ”

“Just a nice clean hotel; location was also ideal for us. This is one of the first hotels i stayed to always smells nice. The lady who checked us in was very sweet and accommodating, she gave us recommendations. The lady who checked us out wasn't nice very sulky but the guy who sets up the buffet was always cheerful when greeting you at the breakfast buffet. Great hotel highly recommended.”

“Only stayed for a few hours so I could catch a very early flight. Wasn’t able to take advantage of breakfast as I left before 6 AM. The room was clean and provided all I needed for the short stay.”
