Hotel a Cedar Grove

“This is an older property which isn’t a problem, but it could use a deep clean. There was a sticky, glob of something on the wall when you enter the room on the right, and red sticky substance on the bedside table. The wall under the sink could also use some elbow grease. The room I was in was so loud with highway traffic there was no way to sleep soundly. Breakfast was the normal buffet fare. ”

“It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

“This little hotel/inn was perfect. The lady at the front desk (Monica) was super helpful, knowable, and so very friendly. I have never seen someone multitask at her job as well as she does. She is informative, and knows how to problem solve. She helped me in many ways. I would definitely stay here again. I was traveling with my daughter for a cheer competition. “The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean ! The staff was friendly ! I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! ”

“Now that is the definition of a flea bag hotel. The inside of the doors were dirty. Do you realize how long you have to go without cleaning for the inside of the doors to be dirty? ”

“German cockroaches in the room, ceiling in the bathroom cracked and falling in. Room smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t even touch breakfast. ”

“Our room was apparently right under a kitchen or something, maybe laundry.. it was so loud all the time.. 2am, 7am.. anytime we were there it sounded like they were stomping above us. But.. that was the CLEANEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Kudos to whoever cleans that place. ”
