“How new and updated it was and close to freeway and everything”

“There were some cheap windows installed being it’s right next to a highway. Couldn’t sleep most of the night. Also, no black out curtains? Who does that? Won’t be staying there again.”

“We didn't get a chance to see the room because when we got there the hotel was overbooked. They didn't have a room for us or at least 10 others. We spent close to 3 hours sitting by the front desk waiting for them to find a room for us at another hotel. When they finally did, he said it had a long bed with a sofa sleeper and they could bring in a cot. But when we got to the other hotel, there was just a long bed with a tiny sofa/chair thing that wasn't meant for sleeping on. And that hotel...

“The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.”

“When we checked in our AC was broken and making noises so loud we had to change rooms. When we did the new room we had was with a door that had to be shoved open and the shower didn’t work properly for temperature. Staff was nice but during breakfast weren’t sure about allergy options and didn’t have anyone who spoke English who was able to help which made it difficult to take advantage of that opportunity.”
