“The stay was good but the elevator broke down the day before we left and they still didn’t have it fixed by the time we checked out. This created a problem with hauling suitcases down the stairs and for other people who needed to bring their belongings upstairs. They really need to have a 24/7 service for that since there is only one elevator in this facility.”

“Good location, easy to find, right off I-15. Past all the heavy traffic for second day of driving from MT to Sedona.”

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“Rooms are clean and the beds were nice. Usually I get shoulder pain from hotel beds, but with these, I didn’t. Breakfast was yummy and never ran out.”

“We had to flip the bed sheet over. It looked dirty and used and was so thin you could see thru it. We weren’t given any drinking cups, one tiny thin bar of soap and only two towels. We requested a blanket and were given one that didn’t even fit our bed. All in all I wouldn’t book this hotel again.”

“Honestly, I stayed here over 20 years ago and it was nice. Going back in 2026 I should've paid more attention to the reviews. Our room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, hair dryer pulling out of the wall, dirty old carpet, broken curtain, and worn out mattresses. The water in the shower was just luke warm on top of the mold and the bathroom light that was constantly strobing. I will not be going back and it's sad because this used to be a nice place many years ago.”

“Very clean. Nice little kitchen. Over all very nice. Although there was someone smoking on the third floor so it stank up the whole floor. Also, we needed to use an iron as we were leaving to a wedding in a couple hours and there was no one at the desk to help us. If they close for lunch then they need a sign.”
