“It was nice and quiet place. All was clean, I just wished they had more options for breakfast”

“The rooms look dirty, the walls are missing paint and trim. When I was checking the bed for cleanliness I found a blood stain on the mattress cover, which the staff tried to pass off as a coffee stain. I wouldn’t walk on the floors barefoot they were sticky. The floors creak really bad so at 5am we were awake listening to the people upstairs walk back and forth for over and hour. The main areas look clean and the pool looked like it might be okay.”

“It's a really nice little motel in the middle of Heber. They also own the fast food restaurant next door. Clean and modern. Was a central location to a long weekend of bike rides around the area. Great place to stay -- have stayed at this motel several times.”

“The property was nice overall. Clean, and modern looking. Hot Tub was unavailable the first day I tried to use it, but was fixed later. I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in. “I stayed here last year, and I feel the hotel has not kept up with upkeep of the hotel. The shower's have no water pressure and the shower drains were clogged. They used to always have filtered cold water near the front entrance and now we are directed to a water fountain that was covered in coffee. The breakfast was about the same as before, there was eggs, sausages, make your own waffles, breads, and sugary cereals. “Great place to stay”

“When we passed the motel, we almost didn't turn around. But we wanted to stay at a locally owned motel so we did. The exterior could definitely use some love. The office was terrible. The gentleman in the office was nice. The doors are updated with codes to enter. The room was very clean, which is the only reason we stayed. The bedding was dated but clean. Towels were large and soft. The bedding wasn't as soft as I prefer, but after a long day of travel, it was fine.”

“They kept my $100 deposit because I didn't give them a good review, I only stayed in the hotel for 7 hours and didn't even get very good sleep with the noisy beds and being able to hear everyone in the hallway and all the cars outside. Plus the fan in the bathroom just squeeled, obviously had already been like that for sometime with how bad it sounded.”

“Good cheap place to stay close to utah valley hospital and restaurants. This place was amazing in it's day. To bad they don't bring it back to it's former glory.”

“The property was very clean and well maintained. Every staff member I came in contact with was so pleasant and friendly. I do wish there were different options for pillows — they were all down or some sort of down alternative and very airy, so as soon as you rest your head on them they were flat as a pancake. It would be nice if there were firmer options.”
