“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“The elevator didn't work when I went to check out and I had to carry 3 large bags down 3 flights of stairs by myself. There was also no one at the front desk and I waited a while, but then I had to leave without check out confirmation. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. It was clean and check-in was quick however.”

“The soundproofing is terrible; it was incredibly noisy all night long.”

“Pros: friendly staff, great looking from the outside, pet friendly, meager breakfast but still free, right off the freeway. Cons: low water pressure, hard floors in our room were sticky, bugs and spiders crawling on us while trying to sleep, air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle idling in our room.”

“The hotel has bedbugs. Start there if you want to be covered in itchy bites.”

“When we passed the motel, we almost didn't turn around. But we wanted to stay at a locally owned motel so we did. The exterior could definitely use some love. The office was terrible. The gentleman in the office was nice. The doors are updated with codes to enter. The room was very clean, which is the only reason we stayed. The bedding was dated but clean. Towels were large and soft. The bedding wasn't as soft as I prefer, but after a long day of travel, it was fine.”

“The door to our room was propped open with a hanger. There was no towels, hair hanging from tub faucet . The bar where the hand towel should hang was dirty. Stained carpets. Ironing board had a dark spot on it , fridge was not clean. Hair dryer didn't work , bathroom light wouldn't come on....but then it did by itself. There was no place to put the coffee filter, that part was missing, but the room was equipped with the coffee pot and cups and amenities. We went to the front desk to ask for...

“The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was mediocre for the money spent, was unable to sleep all night on the very bad bed, I slept on the chair was much more comfortable. The tv selection was horrible for the family. Keys demagnetized immediately if set by phone or any electronics. The pool and hot tub are very small. I booked with the reviews and I was very disappointed with my stay.”

“The room was ok the bath tub was well worn. Pool was nice. Breakfast was a disaster ants all by the food and crowling in and out of juice dispenser. Manager cleaned them upon request with towel.”
