“I’m not sure if I’ve seen a hotel room with this amount of stains before, ranging from the couch cushions to the chair and the bench at the end of the bed. I went to wipe off what I thought was water on the foot rest and to my surprise I found out that it was some form of lubricant. One of the electrical outlets were also pushed into the wall. It’s my fault for not reporting this to the front desk along with taking photos and asking for a refund or a different room. I really hope this was an...

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“I can’t wait to see the completed property. The rooms were very clean and fancy, the staff were kind, and my kids wanted to live at the pools.”

“Please do yourself a favor and go to a different hotel. Days Inn in Springville is 10 times better. The staff is rude and lazy. It’s old and rundown. Once it may have been nice, but this is a scam of an establishment run by rude people.”

“Very accommodating staff. They let my kids ride the carousel as much as they wanted. The indoor/outdoor pool is such a fun concept and the indoor waterfall is so relaxing. The gym is nice and I loved the included on-site sauna and steam room. The rooms were spacious and clean.”

“Relatively new, designed around longer stays with kitchen space but minimalist. Area is still developing so there are not a lot of other things like stores or restaurants near but drivable. The digital tech for checking etc needs work but staff was great.”
