“New property, nice staff, and there was nothing "Micro" about the place. We had a double room that was bigger than many hotels.”

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“The property was well cleaned and maintained. The staff was very kind. There was a note in the room that said the towels would be replaced every three days less requested. We were automatically given clean linens every day, and our room was cleaned every day. I was impressed.”

“The soundproofing is terrible; it was incredibly noisy all night long.”

“Pros: friendly staff, great looking from the outside, pet friendly, meager breakfast but still free, right off the freeway. Cons: low water pressure, hard floors in our room were sticky, bugs and spiders crawling on us while trying to sleep, air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle idling in our room.”

“Great location! Bed was comfortable! Staff friendly. Hallways were very hot. Ice machine broken. Pool and hot tub under repair. Tub did not drain well and shower and bathtub fixture were in disrepair, tiles lifting up in bathroom. Windows were very dirty.”

“Pros: Excellent pillows—I’m a pillow snob. Shower was adequate. Room was spacious. Lots of charge ports and lights. Comfortable bed. Cons: Coffee machines at buffet breakfast had everyone upset every morning. Lukewarm meats (at best) at breakfast also. Bathroom door was disturbingly thrashed from the bottom up…was it haunted? Was there a flood? It did spark the imagination. Strange noises from bathroom ceiling…haunted is seeming more likely. Room 213 if interested. Black out drapes would not...

“Very quaint. We loved it. The hot tub wasn’t super hot and was very chlorinated. The courtyard was absolutely adorable. The room was clean and cute and the mattress was comfy.”
