“Everything was great. Only thing is if ur disabled find a different motel or bring ur own shower chair.”

“Clean and close to the freeway. There are only two floors but there is no elevator to rooms on the second floor. If you have heavy bags, ask for a first floor room.”

“Took care of my needs. Staff very pleasant and the rooms were very nice. Had two small Dogs and they accommodated me. All together it was a good experience. Will stay there on my next months trip.”

“First time staying at this chain. I would easily consider the option again given the chance based on included amenities alone. The room was very clean and felt new. The Continental breakfast was very good and coffee decent. The only downfall was when I spilled my wine in the sheets and stained everything. Despite my errors it was very worth it to book this property!”

Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. “This is an older building with lots of "land-lord-specials" to try to cover repairs and update the building. The pipes vibrated and rumbled when we took showers, which others had complained about to management while we were sitting in the lobby. The staff were all friendly and tried to be accommodating but the pipe situation was throughout the building. The room was fairly clean but the bedding did have stains (bright blue and pink). The pool was gross and supported many removed bandaids on...

“Zermatt is based on a german town of the same name, and strives to emulate the same ascthetics. In this regard, it succeeds. But I suspect that, after Covid hit, it never fully recovered. There are empty buildings, small aspects that require attention, and outdated signage. Also, the spa is not complementary.”

“I was told by the clerk when I checked out that this property had been sold and the new owners were trying to fix the property. She apologized for the problems we had… but was not really very sincere. Breakfast was ok, included scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, link sausage, waffles, bread for toast, 3 different mini muffins, one pastry, apples and oranges as well as oatmeal and 3 different dry cereals.
