Property itself is clean while taking care of and managed The only advice I would have for them is the smell that comes out either from I think them not cleaning the AC filters and the rooms or the carpet. I believe that carpet should not even be in hotel rooms honestly there's too much traffic there..”

“Breakfast was 👎. Noise was 👎. Room was not sealed and was dirty. The door has been kicked in so it wouldn't latch to lock, or open from the hallway. Dirty carpet and walls. The mattress on the fold out sofa was absolutely disgusting. Stained, dirty, brown and yellow, and stunk. Looks like it's never been cleaned since the 60s. It was mortifying. Do not stay in room 234.”

“Room was clean and spacious, but it had a bad smell. There weren't any toiletries and only two towels. Everything was adequate but we wished there was a comfortable place to sit, a hairdryer would have been nice as well as pen and paper.”

Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“We like staying here, convenient to Orem and Provo. We are older but they put us in a handicap room which we didn't need and did not request. An emergency light went off in the middle of the night. The shower was different and not real practical for us. the cleaning staff did a very good job. Overall the stay was very good, just did not appreciate the being put in a special room we did not want nor need.”

“The staff are so wonderful, kind, and attentive. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The rooms however have gone down in quality since I stayed here 3 years ago. The bed was fine, comfortable enough and clean. However the bathroom looks like it was remodeled by a sloppy teenager. The cleanliness in the showers especially around the shower products needs to have a good once over. Corners in the bathroom were built up with dust and grime. Everything else was fine. “Is bad place, the front desk employee is no courtesy, in the rooms you finder hair, little pieces garbage, sama in the aisles, my last stay the blanket have a blood, the employee only say: I don’t have more ; do you not liked let’s go. That no place for family.”

“The water pressure in the shower sucks...I can't say any other way. And, so does the check-in kiosk; it's hit or miss. Everything else is excellent: helpful staff, spotless and brand new property, quiet area, safe.”
