“Hay que darle tiempo al hotel. No hay mucho personal, desayuno pésimo, buffet no estaba disponible, helados y frappe y el coffe shop abren tarde… No like”

I was already at the gate and he personally brought the phone to TSA and a security agent to coordinate and transfer. He would not accept any gratuity or measure of material gratitude. “What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital. “Very nice quiet stay. I did wish that they would have kept the gate to the courtyard closed at night -would have made me feel a bit more secure as my entry door was to the courtyard and I was a solo traveler. Place was very clean and a great price. I’d stay there again.”

Es un hotel para los que vamos a trabajar que solo necesitamos estar cómodos, poder dormir bien y estar en un area segura. Tienen buena comunicación contigo a través del WhatsApp. Lo único que deben revisar es la poca presencia de staff en la recepción. Por lo demás recomendada y volvería”

“Very friendly staff, but unfortunately several days after booking the room while already on the trip, I was told about ongoing construction and had to be moved to a different room that didn’t include the balcony that was paid for. I was given an extra night stay, but the other problem was the construction they were doing started going at 6am and went well until 9/10pm, so I ended up leaving early because these hours don't work well when trying to get some sleep. They also had no food or beverage...
