“The staff was very helpful. The hotel and room was clean. They had a very nice selection of Hartley & Son's Tea which was a nice break from the same ol' Bigelow. I don't eat breakfast, so can't comment. Even though the room was clean and nice - if you get a room in the front of the hotel by the parking lot - you can hear all the cars driving by. So make sure to have a noise app on your phone. Other than that - great stay and would recommend.”

“Scelta un po’ casuale al rientro da un tour nelle white Mountain e prima di scendere verso Boston. L’hotel non è proprio centrale ma in zona commerciale (il “centro” e’raggiungibile in tre minuti di auto) presenta un ampio parcheggio e una bella e grande struttura residenziale. Tutto molto ampio pulito ed efficiente. Camera e bagno ultra spaziosi. Colazione ricca e variegata compresa nel prezzo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo ”

“I would strongly caution against staying at this hotel. The common areas are not clean; perhaps the staff should spend more time vacuuming and cleaning stains off the walls, rather than posting endless laminated signs throughout the hotel (lobby, elevator, hallways) about its rules and regulation – very aggressive. At night, our toilet began to run and wouldn't stop all night. The blinds in the room were broken and could not be pulled down, therefore letting a flood of light in at sunrise. ...

“Rooms were not perfectly cleaned and with not good smell (smoke?). Fitness center was small and not well equipped. Good breakfast.”

“The Inn is very special and we definitely enjoyed staying in there. Although we did not have a chance to meet them in person, the host have been very responsive to our enquiries during our stay. There are some flaws which could be easily be corrected. The freshness of the breakfast food should be better monitored and the room does not have a hair dryer. May be also a good idea to have the small kitchen on the same floor as the dining tables.”
