“I had quite a long stay and all was good. The hotel is not luxurious but it’s clean and the staff is GREAT. Always in a good mood and available. Would stay there again for sure. ”

“After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.”

“Room has a broken window and heating system could not be reached unless standing on chair. Staff was friendly and check in ok”

“Very good customer service. Easy check in. Room was outdated. Hole in wall, outside of fridge scratched and dirty, dirty pillow case, stain on comforter, dirt stained washcloth ”

“All the amenities you could want to have a comfortable stay. Laundry access, snack bar, hot tub, in room fridge and microwave, k-cup coffee machine. Lots of nice seating areas in lounge with gas fire places, bar right there, convenient gas fire pit seating area outside. Excellent all around. ”
