“Unique hotel experience in a good way and a major bad way. The room itself was a good size, clean and had everything you would expect. More like an apartment than a hotel. I had no issues with room itself. Other aspects of this location will prevent me from ever going. The location is average on a busy street close to the freeway. You do hear traffic for sure. Also this part of LA doesn’t feel very walkable with limited places to visit. You will need a car. Parking is ridiculously expensive and...

“Check in was long since they gave us the wrong code. Same thing happened last time. The sheets for the pull out were dirty so I had to wash them first. There is hair EVERYWHERE and it seems like a simple broom sweep would have fixed that easily. The property we stayed at was def nice, but the hair and fingerprints everywhere were a bit gross. If you contact the host, they are going to say that it’s something you did rather than they gave the wrong code.”

“it was requested a no smoking room but even if there were the indication for no smoking, the room was smelling so bad like if someone has smoked for long time inside. it's a big pity as the suite is fine, but this smell for the whole time was too strong. personnel kind but not supportive to solve your issues. for the rest, everything at high level.”
