“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“I have dealt with a few staff members here and all have been amazing. Making sure my room was to my liking and that I was taken care of after having to book 2 nights in a row at different times. Room is very clean. The location of my room was perfect to watch the sunset. I definitely recommend using this hotel if you need to stay in the Williamsport area. ”
