“Front desk staff need to be more professional when it comes to checking in guests”

“Pool is great, always clean rooms, enjoyed breakfast there for the first time at my stay this time and it was pretty good. Def my go to spot whenever I visit PA.”

“Approaching the property it seemed sketchy as a group of people were hanging out with trash around them. Coming into the property it gave the impression that it was an unsafe area because there was safety glass between guests and the staff. Also there was visible surveillance video with no one at the desk. The staff came out only after a minute or two from behind a locked door. The staff were pleasant and room clean but it was not a pleasant experience.”

“This spot is an amazing gem that I am very pleased to have found. The location is excellent and the town is far more interesting than I imagined. The Inn has neat character at every turn! The visit was topped off an excellent breakfast and a great conversation (about birding) with other guests at the communal table. I would definitely stay here again if I was ever back in the area!”

“Really great hidden gem near Sesame Place in Langhorne. I assume they are not a partner hotel with Sesame Place because it is part of the casino, but it took us only 15 min to get there from the hotel. All of the other partner hotels with the park had bad reviews and I was not going to stay in any of them. Found Parxview and was immediately sold! Our room was super clean and spacious; everything looked completely brand new and modern.”

“I loved how modern the suite was. Beautiful hotel suite! Our river view was beautiful! The one down side was the guy at the front desk who was not accommodating when we needed an early check in to get ready for my cousin’s wedding. The problem was the fact that he made no effort to even try to prioritize getting our room cleaned so we could check in early. However, Shardae was amazing. “Tv was not working we waited for repair didn’t show up the front desk told us we can step out and it will be fixed came back 2 hours later still not working told us we can get a refund and leave at 1100 at night had no choice but to stay live too far to start driving at that time and to top it off the toilet also wasn’t working…been to this place numerous times for a little getaway with the husband but never again”
