“Hotel was fine but they charge 38 dollars to park your car or 60 for vallet which is ridiculous and i didnt see that disclosed before booking. Hotel is on the eastside not in downtown Seattle so charging for parking is ridiculous and street parking isnt possible due to the towncenter strict overnight parking rules.”

“Great location. It was spacious & furnished well. The kitchen had useful appliances & cookware. And the Latch app for access worked well once we got the hang of it. “When I arrived, despite calling ahead to say I would be arriving late, the front desk had cancelled my reservation. I learned this when I arrived. Then they told me they were full, they couldn’t reimburse my two nights, and I would have to argue with Expedia because it was a non refundable reservation. And didn’t offer me any sort of comp. I had to find another hotel, at a last minute exorbitant price, despite already paying for 2 nights here. ”
