“The staff was very friendly! Our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable! The parking lot was well lit and close to the entrance. We enjoyed the shuttle that takes you to and from the Crosswinds Casino, at all times of the night or day. We had a great stay!”

“Restaurants are not very close the only one in walking distance is Sonic. The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a...

“From check in to check out; everything was handled with professionalism and manner. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great location for us-near Tanganyika, local shops and food options and adjacent to airport. Hotel itself was fine- we didn’t spend a lot of time there- it was a place to sleep and clean up. Needs a facelift, felt aged. Beds were comfy, pillows were great so it definitely met our needs”
