“Check in was easy. Room was dirty, musty smelling, carpets were nasty, and many of the lamps, electrical outlets, and other room features were in poor condition. Also, the other hotel occupants were of shady character. Definitely not a family hotel! More like a 4 hour stop over for a street pickup. This is a solid two star hotel! Whoever is giving this place more then two stars is completely out of their minds, lying, or use to living in a shack!!!”

“We like this property. When we got there this time the elevayeas broken but they were very accommodating and got us a first floor room as a person in our party couldn't do steps. Then our air wasn't blowing cold but they had that fixed while we were out shopping. I am thankful for the staff's quick response to any issues we had”

“A fabulous hotel!!! This is most likely the cleanest, best run hotel in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We booked a king room w/pool view, 2 nights. The room was very spacious, immaculate (like the entire hotel premises) and sound proof. The bathroom was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of choices including eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, OJ, cranberry and apple juice. The dining area was clean, spacious and open 6-10am....
