“Clean property, friendly workers, good hot breakfast, and close to town.”

“Pet area was very small and shared as smoking area.”

“Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again.”

“I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. “It was clean, and staff was helpful. Food was good but pricey. Breakfast not free, neither is nightly parking.”

“My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful.”

“Room bathroom lock was broken. Bathroom smelled like piss. Ac blowing hot. Paid $18 extra to park underneath and had to park down the street for $10 something for a day. Charged me $44 for 3 bottles of water and told me no manager on site on weekend so I had to call my bank. I would never ever stay there again”

“Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot.”
