“I'm going to give them a 5 star review because they're in the middle of remodeling and they need to be given some grace. Room: The new rooms were comfy and clean. Only thing I would suggest is adding one more arm chair & a side table in the smaller rooms. Dining: The servers were so kind and good communicators. The menu was fun. Food was good. My family and I loved the little cafe on site. Pool: Oh man. The pool is absolutely amazing. Swimming in a hot spring/heated pool during the winter...

“Loved our stay at the Hines mansion! We stayed in the library room. It was clean and well maintained. Check in was quick and easy. Communication was great. Fresh baked cookies as we checked in was a nice welcoming touch. We would stay here again! ”
