Hotel a Charlotte Court House

“Staff was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, but the hotel was in very poor condition. Bed seemed clean enough for how tired I was, but I decided to skip the shower. ”

“Was told the “deep clean” occurs only every 3-4 days when I asked why no cleaning or even towel refreshment came after our first night’s stay. Not my experience in any Holiday Inn before.”

“The beds were very comfortable. The floors had crumbs all along the edge of the base boards- in the entire room. The bathrooms had chipping paint in the bath tub. The floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes unless we were in bed. The room next to us had hardcore pot smokers even though the rooms are non-smoking. ”
