“Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.”

“Room was clean with wi-fi & a new 55 inch smart TV. A new microwave and mini-fridge were also included. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. The shower had new, wall mounted dispensers for shampoo conditioner and body wash. Very friendly check-in lady/manager. Better than most of the motel chains at a great price.”

“My first room both smelled of and had mold. I found hair on both the toilet and the sink. The floors weren’t vacuumed as there were multiple patches of food all over the room.”

“The room wasn't clean traces of bed bugs the ac leaked all over the floor fridge barely worked tv was broken off wall left sitting on shelf staff didn't clean room bring towels or toilet paper overall wouldn't recommend”

“The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. Room smelled musty, spa tub had brown growth or sediment on the vents. I stuck to showers only. Breakfast sausage was okay but eggs were prison-quality. On the plus side, property was very well lite. Also no room service on weekends.”

“At check-in there was a dead roach in our room. Also there was some brown substance look like it could have been coffee wasted by the side table by the bed. The tub had peeling paint. The elevator were not working, and the hallways were hot. There was no compensation for any of these problems.”

“The breakfast menu & coffee were excellent! My husband loved the biscuits & gravy! Coffee was fresh brewed & delicious. The breakfast staff was very friendly & helpful! We enjoyed our stay!”

“Parking was easy as there were very few people at this place. This is a budget hotel at best, room was average bathroom had mold growing on it. towels You could see through them.. the family that owns it seems to be a nice family however, this isn’t a hotel that I would ever stay in again”
