“Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.”

“The a/c in our room wasn’t functioning properly and we’re told a maintenance person wouldn’t be available until our stay was over and there was no offer to switch rooms. “The property is in an ideal location with a beautiful view. I stayed here 12 years ago and knew the location was great. The view from the room was wonderful. Staff was accommodating and the grounds were well kept. The rooms could use some updating/remodeling. That’s my only constructive feedback.
