“Excellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...

“Entrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.”

“Camera spaziosa e ben curata. Bagno sia con doccia sia con vasca.Wifi eccellente.No ascensore. Parcheggio ampio. Dalle foto Mi aspettavo un’ area verde più grande all’esterno quindi zona relax verde invece non c è. La struttura nel complesso è molto bella ed accogliente. Ristorante buono. Unica pecca il personale ristorante/bar.. poco professionale e lento sebbene in sala ci fossero solamente 2 tavoli ( tot.7 persone) da gestire.”

“We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding. The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 ”

Lovely walk along the seafront which led me to Fairhaven lake beautiful place to go. Lovely cafe there too. Shops just around the corner. It was so relaxing.. “A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.”
