“Office staff was friendly but I did not like having to check in outside of the building. Room was clean but, for me, bed was way to firm.”

“We walked in around 8:45 on a Sunday evening and the very first, and only words audibly called out by the check-in clerk were “Credit card and ID”. Not “Welcome!” Not “How was your drive?” It made us feel as if our check-in was an inconvenience between this person and the end of his shift. We were also surprised to learn that there was no formal breakfast, only pastries, coffee, and tea delivered to your room, and had to be ordered the prior day. I had associated in old Inn with freshly prepared...
