Hotel vicino a Cinemark Century Park Lane 16 - Reno

“It’s nicely renovated but we did not like that the shower was see thru from the bedroom. Also there were 3-4 small moth type things flying around that we had to kill with a towel.”

“The pool at the hotel was not working. But they partnered with the Apartments next to it and although it wasn’t as convenient it was nice and the staff at both properties were helpful. Great location for food.”

“Pet friendly and a genuinely nice place to stay. Close walk to casinos and other amenities. Nice bar with some food offerings onsite with a great outdoor patio. Only negative was location is in a loud and busy part of town. I guess that's why they provide guests with ear plugs, lol....”

“We checked in late, BUT had no key to our room. Bed was not comfortable & pillows flattened completely. It was not what we expectedly for a Hyatt, in fact, I was calling it a Lowett Place. A pun, but not wrong. Only one EV charger was working and that spot was taken all night, and combustion engines were parked in EV parking spots. Therefore, handicapped walkways & ramps would be blocked if an EV was as to charge while a combustion mention parked in an EV charging parking spot. EV parking spots...

“Had a great stay. Quiet and staff was excellent from check in to check out”

“There was no parking so we had to park a couple of blocks away. We were not even able to drive up to the hotel entrance to unload our luggage. We were given a pass to the lounge at check-in, but it was open only until 7 pm (around the time we arrived). In the morning, the only options were coffee and tea. The actual hotel was nice and we appreciated the fact that it was non-smoking and did not have a casino! Fortunately there were a few nearby restaurants not attached to casinos.”

“So the casino is of course big, plenty of stuff to do. Rooms really nice. This is a massive hotel so be prepared to wait in line for everything”

“This place is in desperate need of updating! We waited around 2 hours for our room to get ready and then we were sent up the elevator with no directions to our room. As it turns out the additional elevator was out of order so we were made to use the only operating one.”

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The lobby seemed fine and check-in was uneventful, but as soon as the elevator doors opened on the third floor, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of animal urine. The odor was so strong that both my son and I gagged. The hallways were stained and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, our room was even worse. The smell inside was unbearable and made our eyes water. We were traveling with two service dogs and felt uncomfortable letting...
