Hotel vicino a Cinemark Century Summit Sierra - Reno

“Todo excelente ”

“The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?”

“This place is awesome place to stay the night. Stove microwave and refrigerator in the room with prepaid washing clothes service down on ground if needed.”

“Very clean room! The only bad thing was that the bed was uncomfortable...possibly broken. Wonderful staff was made aware. Otherwise nice place.”

“Good location with plenty of parking. Breakfast options were limited but were fine. Clean room and shared spaces. ”

“Hallways had a smell, noticeable dirt on the walls, mold on the English muffins complimentary breakfast from the hotel, in the room had food splatters on the walls, the kitchen area floors had built up dirt, the carpet in the sitting area had big stains, hair on the pillows, the shower floors were dirty and stained, the water pressure was horrible and the tv was distorted on certain channels and when Turning the volume up or down.”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“Nice, newer hotel a short walk to C Street. The restaurant looked nice but was closed as they are looking for a new cook. We will be back. ”

“Nicely renovated hotel that accommodates dogs, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are cute, but very small. Shower has glass walls so your partner can watch you I guess. Loud AC, but is better than no AC. Only has a tea kettle and instant coffee in the room, but it was good. ”

“Good breakfast with good service and chai tea.”

“The property was better than I expected for the price. However, the building I was in was quite noisy at night.”

“We like the extended stay, very accommodating, especially with pet owners, and the staff is very nice. The room is clean. ”

“The beds were very very uncomfortable we had to buy a topper to be able to get sleep”

“The hotel was nice and staff were accommodating. The restaurant on site, “Gambis” was very tasty. However, my only complaint was that the pool and hot tub were closed and this was not disclosed when I booked the room. The temperature in Reno when we stayed was high 80s/low 90s so we were disappointed about that. Overall it was a nice stay for the price point. Would I stay again? Yes, but after May once the pool and hot tub are open. ”

“This is a wonderful hotel! Excellent service, room was immaculate, stylish and excellent linens and amenities, the restaurant is stylish and good breakfast with a view of the river, I used the Valet service which was spot on, would definitely stay there again.”
