“Me and my son came for the weekend for a memorial basketball tournament. Upon our arrival, our room had already been paid for prior to check-in. However, once we entered the room, I immediately noticed stains on and around the toilet, stains on the bed sheets before we even laid down, and marks on the bathroom door.
