“Love the amenities for the price. The kitchenette was really clean and had all the basics. Staff was very helpful and even offered cold water at check-in on a hot day. Hope to have a reason to return to Kitchener overnight so I can book this hotel again!”

“We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through.”

“Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff.”

Don’t really accommodate hotel guests for walk ins and could not even make reservations for the next night but they seem to always have availability in the dining room and room service. Wilkes atmosphere was stiff non personable … giving orders to staff in front of guests and Correcting minor staff errors in front of guests. Made it feel...

“Great location for restaurants, shops etc. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was well stocked with clean towels and toiletries. We had a lovely stay.”
