“Well set up and clean, very close to Kawana Plaza. Beach close but couldn’t be seen. Very responsive hosts but the property is old and showing signs of its age. Nonetheless we really enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.”

“The house is situated only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the main street of Kings Beach.You are able to see the beach from the balcony and the kitchen and 1 bedroom with King size bed are upstairs. The second bedroom with Queen bed is downstairs. The stairs up to the bedroom and kitchen could be a problem for people with bad knees etc, but is fine for most healthy people. “I had a great stay. Location is extremely convenient to food, coffee and the beach. The place was clean and made for a comfortable stay. The apartment complex gym isn't much of gym, but was serviceable.”

General communication is via offshore agents who seem to have no clue about the property itself (nor do they communicate with each other).Photo's and description need to be updated as they do not match what you are paying for. Not overly clean (knife rack in kitchen is thick with grease), pans were dirty, there was sand over one of the couches, and the sheets/bed in the master bedroom were 'gritty' ie they weren't clean. “The apartment was very clean and modern. Beautifully decorated, but I had to pack it all away lest the toddlers get to it! The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. Beaches, cafes, and shops all a short walk away, but the walk back up the hill was a bit of struggle with little kids. The pool was lovely to have in the building - very clean and a perfect size with a small family. ”
