“Upon check in my covered in dust on every surface. Floor in room, bathroom and shower was so thick with dust and grit, that white socks were fility with grime. Call for cleaning and no came.0n second day shower was not drain propertly. Notice again. No clean floor or other surface. Just received fresh towels for the day. On day directly talk head of housekeeping. They were to take care of it right way. That was 9am. By 3pm still no service. Later the beds were change and fresh. But not floors...

“The mansion is a beautiful, historic treasure. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and tasty, and the amenities were very nice. The proprietor generously shared her time talking about the history, the community, etc. Highly recommend for those who enjoy indulging in history and beauty during their stay.”

“Absolutely hated our check-in experience. We arrived around 4:40 p.m. to check into two rooms. Shaun (6646-F) took my ID and credit card for both reservations but told me one of the rooms wasn't ready. Since check-in was already well past 4:00 p.m., that was surprising. He said we'd receive a text when the room became available. We left our luggage in the one room that was ready and went to dinner. By about 7:15 p.m., we still hadn't received a text, so we returned to the front desk. Shaun...

“I was in this hotel for a business trip. They have a business center, free wifi, an in house restaurant, and fitness center. It is a good hotel for a business trip. Not near the city center. Walking distance fron Notre Dame University.”
