“L'hotel è in una posizione ottima per visitare Manhattan. La zona è tranquilla, ma nell'hotel il via vai è molto elevato in alcuni momenti. La camera ha tutto quello che serve, ma per 4 persone gli spazi sono un po ridotti e non consentono ad esempio di poter utilizzare comodamente il tavolo per mangiare. Non c'è un armadio. Pulizia accettabile. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la restituzione della cauzione (che viene richiesta in contanti), poi risolti, ma le indicazioni non sono chiare e...

“It was great for the location and property was clean. We had trouble with the front door access code and were effectively locked out after our show. Someone in the lobby let us in. We would have spent more time in Times Square the morning of our departure but were afraid we’d get locked out of the building while the luggage remained inside. Upon arrival I called the host and left a voicemail and texted and never got a direct response.”

“Where to begin. The host did not tell you how to lock the apt door upon leaving. When you called the number given, the person answering (NY based) did not know how. Upon trying a second time, the woman answering thankfully did know. The apt. smelled strongly of Mr. Clean and the smell never dissipated.
