“Great staff”

“I had requested a handicapped accessible room, but was told they were booked. No elevator so my mother had a very hard time going up and down the stairs. The room was a standard room, so no handicapped accessible bathroom. The toilet was too low and the grab bar in the bathtub was broken, which made it very hard for my mother. The a/c wasn't really doing its job. The fridge was humming loudly that we thought it was very windy outside. My key card wouldn't work the second day. Tried to contact...

“The room was very clean, especially the bathroom! The complimentary breakfast was fine and we found plenty to eat. There was a waffle maker, pre-packaged sausage biscuits, packaged muffins, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, coffee and fresh bananas and apples.”

“Have stayed here before without problems. However, during this stay, the lights and the vent in the bathroom suddenly went off. A woman looked into our room window at 9:50 am and the dresser drawer was full of crayon coloring too as if someone didn't clean it out. Definitely questionable with staying here again. ”
