“The property is a little tired around the edges but was very clean and well presented. For some reason I didn't receive key code through Vrbo app but Christina very quickly responded to my contacting her and provided the needed info. In general the property was quiet, had everything we needed and in a great location for what we were there for. Having use of the garden and being only a short walk to the park behind plus local public footpaths was great given I was travelling with my dog. ...

“Property in good location , quiet and friendly environment. It may look as bit dated but very comfortable including accessible for kitchen , garden and TV programs. It’s worth for the money for sure Laura is very helpful and spot on with the communication. We were stayed for s week and wished we can come back again when needed .”

“Brilliant communication from the host. Immaculate house in a quiet residential street. Had a driveway which fit our two cars comfortably. The house itself was beautiful. Stunning decor and attention to detail. Modern appliances and everything you need. Beds were super comfy with soft linen. The location was great as shops and retail park just a few minutes drive away, Durham was approx ten mins by car. The welcome booklet was so detailed it helped us lots. Would absolutely come stay here again,...

The property is amazingly well supplied with everything you could need. It is close to the city centre, but also within easy reach of the beaches like Roker. It may not be the most picturesque part of Sunderland but the neighbours were also very pleasant and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.”

Everything was spot on, the furnishings were sumptuous, furniture and beds were top quality, bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious.
