“Bar was great but the lack of freshly prepared food for the breakfast and dinner menus (everything was directly from a package)”

“Service, cleanliness, food and building were excellent. The carpets were a little worn and the plumbing could be modernized, but those are quibbles.”

“L'hotel si presenta bene, è ben tenuto, sembra tutto abbastanza nuovo ed è pulito. Tuttavia se dovessi tornare proverei un'altro hotel, in questo c'è lo stretto necessario ma non c'è aria condizionata, frigo bar e nella mia stanza le lampadine del bagno erano quasi tutte rotte, ne funzionava una sola. Evidente stato di mancanza di cura nell'accoglienza degli ospiti.”

“Clean room , professional dedicated staff who are hard working and impressively they've not taken up any small offers I've made that would have meant they would have had less work to do. I stopped suggesting things in the end because not one of them were interested and it dawned on me that that's why the property is so well managed and standards high . My offers made sense to me but to them it didn't and thats why it's a great success”
