“Extremely friendly staff. Hayley was 6 Always smiling. Very comfortably and clean. Food was first class and the locals were very welcoming. Excellent central position for Oxford , Stratford and all surrounding historical towns. Excellent value for .money. will be booking again to continue our tour of the Cotswold. ”

“Service impeccable. Bill was such a lovely host. So helpful and passionate about letting us know what to do in the area. Offered us home made biscuits and coffee when we arrived, even though we were a bit early. The room was large and clean with a nice bathroom and coffee/tea in the room too. Breakfast was wonderful also. A short walk into town, maybe 15 minutes if that. Would highly recommend this to anyone. ”

“Quirky and typically old-English. Whist the room was small, it was quiet and very comfortable. The staff, especially the dining room waitresses, were friendly and suitably attentive.

“Perfect stay for what we needed. Rooms recently redone was a very comfortable stay. Staff were friendly particularly the guy who worked Sunday and all day Monday! Great that we could park, bar was good, everything was clean and we had a nice breakfast. Plus we had a great 2 nights sleep. Not too noisy and very well priced. Great location. ”
