“I did not use the pool and the air conditioner worked fine it was kind of loud but it worked good”

“The pool was black w/garbage in it, unusable obviously so crazy that they offer “a pool”. It is pet friendly. The staff is very nice. The room is filthy, besides changing the sheets & replacing the towels & toiletries they do no cleaning. My husband spent an hr or two cleaning our rm when we got there. ”

“The water tasted funny when I brushed my teeth. There was cigar smoke coming into the room in the morning. The room wasn’t ready as promised. I really needed to get into the room at 3pm but it wasn’t ready until almost 5:30pm! ”

“The only good thing I can say about this property was the man at the front desk. He was very kind and unstanding when after going to my room and seeing how awful it was he was understanding that I couldn't stay there. The room was old and very run down. The bed had cigarette burns and stains all over it, along with many hairs in the sheets. The bathroom was stained and dirty looking. The door to the room had a huge gap under it that all kinds of critters could crawl under it. I did not feel safe...
